Do you have a hard time asking for help? Do you sometimes feel unsupported by the people in your life? Would you like to feel like you are enough and that God and other people are on your side assisting you?
When you’ve been in relationships where you couldn’t count on other people to be there for you, couldn’t ask for help and receive it, you can form certain theories about humanity. You start to believe that everything is on you. If anything is going to get done you have to do it.
As this happens, you start to see the world and other people through jaded lenses. Everything other people do and say gets filtered through a lens that says, “This person doesn’t want to help me. If I ask for help, this person will resent me. Or they may leave or they will be upset with me or they will think less of me. I can’t ask for help.”
When life throws simultaneous hardships at you, you can become completely overwhelmed. It’s easy to feel very emotional, depressed and even hit your breaking point. When you believe that the only person you can count on is yourself, not only is it a lonely place to be, but also it’s downright scary. Life is tossing more at you than you can handle without backup.
As I work with clients in energy therapy sessions, I’ve noticed that people have a lot of unhealthy beliefs about asking for help. Many people have an inability to receive and thus they block a lot of the help and blessings they could be receiving.
I created the following video to help those who find themselves in this type of situation. As you listen to the music and watch the affirmations, imagine these new beliefs going into your subconscious mind and pushing out the limiting views and beliefs about life, relationships and what you deserve.
