According to the divine law of compensation, with ever loss there is a gain. Nothing is taken from us without being compensated in some form or fashion. Here’s an example of this that happened to me last night.
When you’ve been hammered by simultaneous difficulties, it is important to have people who understand and feel what you’re going through but who remind you of your strength.
My mother filled that role throughout my life. She was always empathetic to the hard things I faced and how they took a toll. Mama could see the heavy burdens I carried and verbalize that for me when I couldn’t or wouldn’t for myself.
She saw my strength, believed in me and had faith somehow I’d come through.
Divine Compensation
Last night, a dear friend did this for me, and I realized that in the divine law of compensation she was my mother. I’m so incredibly blessed and grateful for the wonderful, caring people in my life and a Father in Heaven who makes sure that I am compensated for every loss.
