I was able to get some work done this morning while Martina put some finishing touches on her flyers for her booth for the Energy Healing Confernece. Her computer kept messing up so it took her a lot longer than it should have. I was up early because 5 am in Utah feels like 7 am at home.
While there were classes all day in the main theatre of the Energy Healing Conference, I spent my day milling around the booths and chatting. There were lots of friends I haven’t seen in a while and people I know from Facebook but do not know in person.
It’s kind of interesting because people who are following my Facebook posts come up to me and give me big hugs; and I don’t know who they are. I have to look at their tags and match their real life faces to the little images and names I see on Facebook.
It was gratifying to learn that people really are benefiting from my journey and my documentation of it.
I also met Kim Ford in person. Kim wrote and published her book, Escaping The Storm in 2 months with my Create A Wow Book program. Kim says the program “was my lifeline. I couldn’t have done it without it.”
You can get Kim’s, Escaping the Storm, on Amazon. I was fortunate enough to receive an autographed gift copy from the author! How cool is that?
I also ran into a friend and client, Darlene Myers. Darlene is a talented artist and sent me one of her originals back in my last single period after my first divorce.
The art piece was a great reminder that God is constantly trying to bless me; and if I’m not receiving the blessings, it’s something on my end and not His. You can find Darlene’s art at www.IPaintYourDreams.com
Another friend and client I was able to see again is Tara Jensen of JoyInTheMountains.com. Tara has been doing Facebook lives and posts each day for the Light the World: Build The Kingdom 90 Day Challenge.
It’s been so fun and inspiring listening and reading Tara’s posts. She’s a remarkable woman with so much to offer the world.
I also had a fantastic conversation with my friend Allyson Chavez. Allyson turned me on to Catherine Ponder’s book, Open Your Mind to Prosperity right after my mom died and and it was a big part of my healing process.
Allyson is a fellow SimplyHealed(TM) practitioner and has been kind enough to check in with me and do some energy work when I’ve needed it over the last few years.
My son, Joshua and his fiance, Talayna picked me up at 5 pm from the conference. We grabbed some Wendy’s and Josh treated us to Wonder Woman. He had seen it before, but I hadn’t. I loved it. My friend, Martina, makes me think of Wonder Woman so it was especially fun.
